Hello Everyone,
I run a gourmet adventure tour business in British Columbia, Canada. My company, Swallow Tail Tours, does hiking, cycling and snowshoe experiences with a tandem focus on local food and wines. I am both chef and sommelier for the tours which leaves me doing a lot of research on what's good to eat and drink locally. As well, my travels throughout BC give me inside knowledge on secret places in BC to feast on those food finds. From the seafood of Cowichan Bay, Vancouver Island to the great wines of BC's Okanagan region let me share some of my treasures with you.
